Oasis Pools & Spa provided excellent customer service and helped me find exactly what I needed.
For some background, I inherited a pool when I purchased my home, and I was given Mike's contact in case I ever needed information or support.
I reached out to him this week about upgrading my Jandy PCB to a newer version so I could take advantage of additional home automation features.
Mike went out of his way, spending a significant amount of his own time to explore a cost-effective solution. He ultimately connected me with his Jandy representative, who was able to complete the upgrade at no charge.
Mike truly went above and beyond-something that's rare, especially long after a project has been completed and paid for. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Oasis Pools & Spa again anytime.
